Hi! I’m Staci Pfeffer, founder and principal designer at Swell House. My lifelong passion for design led me to start Swell House interior design studio.
Growing up on the West Coast, I always thought I’d own a surf shop on the beach, and while it didn’t happen, that easygoing, coastal sensibility never left me. That sense of warmth and balance continues to shape my work today. After moving to Western New York, I developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship of older homes and the beauty of restoring them with care.
At Swell House, we blend classic sensibilities with modern functionality, creating spaces that feel timeless, grounded, and distinctly personal. We serve clients throughout the Rochester, NY region and beyond.
